File Upload Conditional Logic

I have multiple file upload fields that are set to “show” based on a Checkbox. I know I am setting the conditional logic up correctly because I have other fields to “show” based on the same Checkboxes that are working as expected.

Currently, only one of the upload fields show based on the text boxes.
