I have 4 option fields. A-B-C-D
When A is selected, I would like its Value to be an address like so “Department of Veterans Affairs
P.O. Box 9998
Bisbane QLD 4000” that it will display it on the pdf sent.
Currently I have Options named as above and value of the “A” set with an street address. But After posting the form I am only getting the field name “A” and not its value.
Can you please kindly help with the either function code or tell me how can I achieve this without the "Address fields on the form as customer not need to fill the address of the option “A”
