I am attempting to export a form, no data, just the form, from one website so I can install it on another site. The export opens a new window and displays text. No json file is created. The only possibility for saving the file is as HTML.
Hi Robin. That’s a strange issue and one I have not heard before. I recommend opening a support ticket and including a screenshot of the text that is displayed in the new window:
