Error code (500) when trying to rename a form

Hello. Newb here. I inherited a website that uses Gravity Forms. I need to duplicate a form, and then change the name. When I try to rename it I get an error.

Just FYI, this does have a license, but it is expired. The current version is: 2.6.3

Any help for this organization would be much appreciated.

Thank you everyone.

Found a system report (if this helps):

Hi Steven,

You’re using a plugin that is almost 2.7 years old, which may not be compatible with the latest version of PHP, WordPress core, and other third-party plugins.

It’s highly recommended that you update your plugin to the latest version. If you don’t have a license key, you can purchase one from the following URL.

Unfortunately, there isn’t any workaround that will help you without updating to the latest version.
