We are unable to enable this option Enable Multi-Field Upload in the file upload field in gravity form. Can you kindly assist us?
The setting is disabled on existing fields that already have values in the form entries. If you can delete the existing entries the setting will become editable. Alternatively you could add a new field.
Thank you for your response. We removed the entries as suggested, but still we are unable to check this option.
Did you empty the trash so they are permanently deleted from the database?
