I am sure this has been discussed before but cannot find an answer. I have a file upload on my form and want to enable multiple files to upload, but when I try and select the checkbox in order to allow this it will not work. Any ideas?
If the field already has files in the forms existing entries the setting is disabled. The reason for this is the way the multi-file feature stores the file URLs is not compatible with the standard field. If you can delete the entries the setting will become available again or you could add a new field and set the existing field to administrative.
thank you so much this is exactly the issue. I will remember t his next time I set up a form so that we wont see this going forward!
