"Email address has already been used"

Hi

I am desperately trying to set up a site with memberpress and gravity forms!

I am playing around with it a lot to get the settings correct - without much luck!

We are hoping to use the User-Registration function for subscribers to verify there emails.

The most frustrating part is that i cant seem to keep testing the automated emails i am setting up as the form returns an error everytime:

“That email address has already been used. Please check your inbox for an activation email. It will become available in a couple of days if you do nothing.”

I have tried deleting the email address out of everywhere i can see but it still returns this error.

Is it possible to allow people to duplicate the email?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I’ve run into this before. I think those email addresses are saved in your database even if you clear them in Wordpress.

If you don’t mind me asking, what exactly is the configuration you’re wanting to set up?

I know how memberpress works and gravity forms, merging the two can complicated.
