Edit entries after submit

Hello

I’d like to know if there is a way to send the “save and continue” link in the default notification mail when form submitted.

I don’t mind to let the user “save and continue”. §
But I’d like user can resume form submitted from a link in the email, edit and eventually send it again.

Hi Sergio!

The data from a Save & Continue entry is stored in a different set of database fields than a fully submitted entry. Trying to re-use that link/message may technically be possible, but is not going to be straight forward.

The ability to edit an entry after submission and do different things with/to it based on your use case is the sweet spot that Gravity Flow was designed for. Some documentation links that might help you in achieving the same goal with it:

• Having a User Input step immediately following the form submission and using the {workflow_entry_link} in the notification would send the user to the spot where they can edit it.
• That could also have an expiration in its’ step settings (limit them to edit for 2 days after initial submission?) or setup an approval step that could let you approve/reject or revert to that user input step if more review(s) are required before the entry is considered complete.
• There are multiple ways to have a notification sent as part of Gravity Flow
