Apologies in advance if this is the wrong place to ask.
I have an ecommerce site with a gravity form which asks customers questions and then a suggestion of items are output for subscription products.
I want to add a drop down for one of the outputs given. I have gone into the form and it didn’t work there when i duplicated a field and changed the product code. I have also tried to add additional attributes and variations on wordpress for the listing which connects to the gravity form but again it doesn’t appear on the output.
Please let me know if I haven’t provided enough information or explain it well enough. I would appreciate any help.
