Hey guys, loving Gravity Forms, love the forum. Still can’t believe this isn’t called GravityForums though. Just makes so much sense.
I’m trying to find a better way to customize my email, let me break down how we use it so hopefully we can set it up.
We submit the form to an email, copy the email into a raw text program and save it in customer notes.
The issue is, when I get the email, the spaces remain there and it looks really great, but when we copy it over, all the line breaks are gone. When I copy it over, it looks like this
Transaction ID: 10,000
Customer Name: Tester
Customer email: testemail@testemail.com
Field Notes: Field Notes 101
Service Performed: This was a full service visit
2. WATER ANALYSIS REPORT
CHEMICALS PPB
I need it to copy over like this:
