Connecting PayPal to Gravity forms - Unable to approve application

I’m trying to configure a payment form for my client using PayPal Checkout. When I go though the connection steps, I’m taking to a screen that says “we weren’t able to approve your application at this time. Try again in 90 days…”

My client is calling PayPal to see what the issue is, but I’d also like to see if there is something on the Gravity Forms end that may be causing this issue.


That onboarding process is entirely controlled by PayPal.
