Hi -we have an existing form which customers use to request samples. we use conditional logic on the SEND SAMPLES button so the button only becomes visible after the customer selects one or more specific products.
I am adding a new product to the conditional logic, but when i click the product it will not populate the dropdown box as shown below. The product choice is visible on the actual form, but the SUBMIT button will not become visible when ONLY the new product is selected. all other product choices work fine. Weird thing is i can make it work if i change the condition from “Field name IS description” to “ENDS WITH.” Gravity and WordPress are both up to date. i have checked for duplicates and mishpellings.
