We just set up 4 new forms
When we did this, and tested each form, I got 6 email notifications for each form fill

Could you please export the form and upload it to a file-sharing website such as File Mail or Google Drive?
Then, send me the link so I can download the form and test it on my sandbox website to take a closer look at the issue. Thank you
Thanks, we got it fixed. A client and developer cloned a form and then enabled notifications somehow.
