Checkbox field is not saving entry after 7 checkboxes and also creates error if select checkbox after first 7 checkboxes

Hello,

I have a multi step form, on first step there are about 28 checkboxes to select and then move to the next step where user submits their informational data, Phone, Email, Name, etc…

Now the issue is user flow working smoothly if user select first 7 checkboxes. but after 7 checkbox if user select the 8th, 9th or even 28th checkbox we got an error that shows checkbox must be selected.

Can you please help me its a big problem I am facing. Here is the form link
