Chained Select Add on - Not working in Google Chrome

My Chained Select CSV file is loading properly in Microsoft Edge, but when the csv file is loading in Chrome, it won’t populate subsequent columns. For example, “Fund name” is loaded, but “Product name” is not loaded afterwards. Only fails in Chrome…

What I’ve already tried.

  • I’ve used cache buster on all forms.
  • Turned Ajax on and off for all forms
  • Switched Multi page options (as it’s a nested form).
  • Directly excluded from cache (Nitro).
