I tried to update the Gravity form to the latest i got this error Cannot declare class RGForms, because the name is already in use in
** gravityforms/gravityforms.php** on line 5493
I already remove all duplicate folder/another copy of it. but the error still there how can i resolve this issue?

I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue:

That error means that some other file is already declaring the class RGForms. It’s normally because of another copy having been installed, but another plugin could do that as well.
You can use these steps to see if another plugin or your theme is declaring that class and causing your problem:
Normally though, it’s just because you have another folder with Gravity Forms in it.
