Hi there, I am asking here in case anyone knows - do you know if I can downgrade my subscription to a Basic Plan? Or do I need to cancel the subscription and re - purchase the different plan?
Licenses can’t be downgraded. See this section of the documentation for more details.
You would need to cancel the current license and then purchase the basic.
