ARB Subscriptions Billable Date set to yesterday


We noticed that the billable date for all recurring ARB subscriptions is being set to the day before and for the same time at 7pm. (anything with 7pm is a recurring transaction) … notice how the entry date is different from the billable date

Is this something the plugin is setting? If so, can it be changed? I have looked through the documentation but don’t see anything about it.
