I’m interested in setting up a ticketing system (such as a helpdesk) where I can keep the Gravity Forms I have and the process, but send the information via plugin or webhook to automatically create the ticket for a customer. Ideally, users can login, see their tickets, add info, or view past tickets. Are there any open source or one-time cost options out there that anyone here has used?
We’ve considered using GravityView for this, but the recurring cost has made this prohibitive.
Not sure about a WP-specific ticketing system, but check out FreeScout. You just configure Gravity Forms to send a Notification email to a mailbox you configure and FreeScout will create a ticket with it. They also have one-off modules you can purchase to extend the functionality.
