I’m not able to replicate this and the line numbers don’t tally with what I’m seeing in the latest version which suggests the site could be using a very old version of the plugin.
I recommend manually updating using the zip from the downloads page, following the steps at How to Manually Update Gravity Forms - Gravity Forms Documentation
Once updated, you’ll also need to clear/flush any caching and/or script optimization plugins and/or services the site is using as well as your browser cache.
