I have 5 forms created total. All forms markup has been added to all of my pages source code footer area.
How can I get rid of this?
Gravity Forms only outputs the form markup on pages where the form is embedded. By the looks of the div with the pum-content class, the forms are being embedded by the Popup Maker plugin. You’ll need to check with the developer of that plugin if you require assistance limiting its output to specific pages.
