Ajax loaded form hidden after I added conditional logic and then remove the conditional logic

Hi,

The Gravity Form was previously working normally within the AJAX popup. However, after adding conditional logic, the form is now hidden (display:none). Even after removing the conditional logic, the form remains hidden.

Please help!
