Admin Fields in Nested Forms

Hi!

I’m using the nested forms perk to allow people to enter expenses for reimbursement. Each expense has an admin code that is set after the person submits the form. When I include the code field with administrative visibility on the nested form, it doesn’t display when an administrator(or anyone) views the entry.

Am I missing something or are nested forms not compatible with administrative visibility?

Hi Shannon,

Administrative fields in Child forms will only display within the Child entry. They won’t display inside the Nested Form field in the Parent entry. As a workaround, you could use Hidden fields instead.

If you’re a Gravity Perks customer, can you submit a support request? We’ll be happy to look into whether or not we can add support for this.
