Active/Inactive Form Button

Is there a way to use conditional logic to make the form button active/inactive? I am aware of the setting allowing the form button to show/hide, but that approach is not preferred in this case. Instead, we prefer to have the button show inactive until the user selects agreement with the terms of service, then the button turns active.

If there is no easy way to accomplish this out of the box, is it a feature a coder can add?

It’s not a feature out of the box, but yes, it could be coded to make the button active or inactive, rather than hidden.
