Since our license is owned and managed by our site developer, we’re unable to open a ticket.

You’re welcome to open one on our behalf. If not, you’re welcome to verify our finding and schedule it for a fix. Once implemented, the fix will also address the issue reported here.

Shoud be a fairly easy fix.
