Many of my clients use Gravity Forms to accept payments, and I would like to use the Zapier addon to trigger a payment notification that can be recorded on other platforms, such as in Google sheets or Hubspot. However, the Zapier addon for Gravity Forms only triggers when a form is submitted, and so no information is available through zapier about whether a payment has actually been processed. In other words, the form submission trigger is of limited use when communicating payments to other platforms using the Zapier addon.
It would be really helpful if the Gravity Forms Zapier addon included triggers that would correspond to all of the notifications sent by Gravity Forms, listed here: https://docs.gravityforms.com/gravity-forms-notification-events/. Then, the Zapier triggers would actually convey the information in the notifications, which are really useful, such as successful payment processing. I hope that made sense.
