Stripe & zapier with gravity forms is not working

Hi there,

I installed Gravity forms and use both stripe & zapier. But when customers are doing a checkout with stripe, the zapier plugin is not working. It should transfer the data to google sheets, but it is not working.

To me it looks like it is not working because it is a “different form submission”. Normally a form is submitted, but when using stripe as payment the event is called “payment completed” instead of “form submitted”

Does anyone has an idea how to get them both working together?

It sounds like the Zapier feed isn’t set up correctly. I have sites with several different Zapier feeds so it does several things (add the info to a MySQL db and send it to SalesForce) and they automatically kick in when the form is submitted.
