Zapier: submissions not coming through

Hi,

Somehow my Zapier connection between Gravity Forms and Mailjet is not working. I’ve already contacted Zapier support, but they tell me it’s because of Gravity Forms.

The tests from Zapier do pass. This is what the error log says:

Why is the feed not connecting to my instance of Gravity Forms?

Hi Christa. From that snippet of the log, it looks like there is no Zapier feed active for form 5. I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue:
