User Registration Form add on not working

I have used the User Registration Form addon since 2012 without problems in a membership application form. Last week, for no apparent reason a new user completed the form but the User Rego addon did not work. The membership form works as normal including PayPal, MailChimp, Confirmation emails and notifications

Nothing has been changed on the website for months except auto plugin updates.

I have read and tried all the google help topics to fix the problem to no avail. I have upgraded my GF account from Developer to Elite as the URF no longer works with Developer.

The membership application form was in legacy mode, and I have recreated it in the current mode and attached the latest form with the URF addon. Also deleted the old URF feed and created a new feed.

I have already deactivated all plugins except GF plugins and changed theme to generic Twenty Twenty-Five theme. URF still didn’t work, so ruled out plugin conflict.

I have cleared my browser cashes.

I use Elementor Pro theme on the website.
