URL passthrough getting stuck on apostrophe %27

If I have the apostrophe it doesn’t fill anything in the form

(private website…the won’t take you to the page)

https://is.team/s3_worksheet/?customer_name=Ivar's%20Cabinet%20shop%20Inc%20%20or%20Ivar's%20Displays&public_website=www.ivarsdisplay.com&email_domain=ivarsdisplay.com&ip_address=104.152.233.114

Company Name = Ivar’s Cabinet shop Inc or Ivar’s Displays

If I take out the two %27 it works fine.

Thoughts?
