Upgraded to Gravity form 2.9.4 breaks site

We upgraded to 2.9.4 yesterday and our forms are submitting but not showing confirmation screen.
What are the troubleshooting steps?

I did. caching completely disabled and working through incognito mode.

If it works in incognito mode, that can narrow the cause to your browser cache or extensions. Try clearing the browser cache. If the issue remains, try testing with your browser extensions disabled.

didn’t explain myself correctly. i disabled cache and i am working in incognito mode. most of the forms which are part of a bigger page are NOT working. the contact us page is working. but that’s a very simple page. I have opened a support ticket separately. thanks
