I finally updated to Gravity Forms 2.10 from pre-2.5 and forms with conditional logic are completely blank.
Browsing the forums, I see this has happened a few times in the past. Is there a known solution?

The ticket is the best way to a resolution. Chances are, there is a conflict with other scripts on your site. You can check for conflicts on the site without affecting any site visitors, using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin from WordPress. As noted, I have a support ticket in. I received a reply from Chris Eggleston with the same stock answer.
I have been in the process of testing for over two hours before I submitted a support ticket or opened a thread here.
I am continuing to test, but as I asked in my support ticket reply, I need a copy of Gravity Forms 2.4 so I can rollback my live site as I continue to test.
