Unexpected character (ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8)

Hi,

Since few time our forms display unexpected characters like “é” (seems ISO-8859-1 encoding) instead of “é”. We are in France and they worked fine before.

This issue appears in label, description, etc…

Ex : Demande de devis - Tamadi

In editing mode, these characters are displayed correctly

I can’t find any option to specify encoding and I don’t understand why this happens now…

  • Wordpress v6.6.2
  • GravityForms v2.8.18
  • PHP 8.2.24
