I would like to trigger a “One Final Thing” form upon submitting that rather than submits the form triggers a second form which requires acknowledging having read a short blurb about a safety protocol I require for appointments and less importantly, a short blurb outlining cancellation policy.
I recommend setting this up all in one form, and use conditional logic to show or hide the next fields they need to complete whatever it is that shows “One final thing” in the form.
