Two Indentical Sites, One Experiencing Errors on Submit

I have a site and the copy I made for testing:

Without making any changes the test site works, the live site I get these errors from Gravity Forms:
Uncaught TypeError: a[e] is undefined (scripts-theme.min.js:1:25822)

Then when trying to submit a form:
Uncaught TypeError: gform.submission is undefined

Any insight into the error and why it is only occurring on the live site would be appreciated.
