Is it possible to automatically trigger a Twilio workflow based upon an admin field being changed solely? I’d like the admin to view the entry then select either approved or denied and then have it trigger a workflow. Right now, I can only accomplish this by manually going into the workflow for the entry and triggering the workflow step.
Also, on a side note, whenever I submit an entry it automatically says the workflow is complete.
Essentially, we’d like to make this process easier for our admins without them having to manually trigger the workflow each time.
