I have been using Gravity Forms to maintain a database of students for music lessons. There are around 450 entries in there. From time to time, either myself or another staff member needs to edit several of the entries to update their status. We are editing the entries from the Entries section. I have two issues that are complicating this. The first one being that I can not seem to batch select entries anymore. At one point I could just click one entry, scroll down a few, hold shift and select a group at a time to edit that group. Now, I can only select one at a time. This happens in other forms as well. If I want to clear out all of the entries, I can only do it one at a time.
The second issue is that one of the questions in my form is a hidden question that is auto-filled in order to assign students to specific databases. I use auto-populate to generate a list of instructors based on the instrument selected. The problem is when we go to edit the assigned instructor in the edit entry section, the list of choices is blank. Is there a better way to do this? Or is there a way to get the choices to display?
