Hi. My customers states payment form is not working, and stuck on on the rolling wheel. First thing i did was trying to make a payment, and of course it worked well as always. So, i don’t really know what to say to the customer. he says card details, exp date and cvv are filled correctly
Hi Matteo. For payment issues, it’s best to open a support ticket, and include your system status report and a URL where we can test your form.
