Signatures do not appear

Hello good,

We have a website with WooCommerce, and we use the Gravity Forms Addons plugin for the products, including the SIGNATURE field.

The form works fine during the process, but when the order is registered, the signature disappears. No this. What can be?

During the purchase everything seems correct.

I read somewhere, the signature page has no width. It has an inline CSS, but it does not work.

Could you try using this Custom CSS and it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

#input_27_12 {
    width: 65vw !important;
}

Please update the number or size according to your needs.
