we currently have Version 4.1 of Gravity Forms Signature Add-On installed on our Wordpress site
However the E-Signature is not visible on the forms unless the user increase the zoom on the page a bit by holding down CTRL on your keyboard and pressing + once. If this is not done the E-signature looks like the attached.
I can’t replicate the issue in a default WordPress installation. I would recommend you to perform a full conflict test following all the steps described: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin - Gravity Forms Documentation
