Is anyone else using the Signature Add-On and the Salesforce integration? I can not get the actual signature to sync with Salesforce when it creates a case. I have it set to add it to files, but all that comes over is a blank image. Wondering if anyone is using this successfully and if so was there any tricks to make it happen.
