HI braintrust! I’m preparing an enrolment form and was looking to create a conditional action. Wherein if the applicant is younger than 18 year old (they declare their DOB in a previous field) that a parental consent field/ signature is shown and required.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Hi Richard. You could use this Perk to enable conditional logic with dates, which could be used to compare today’s date to the provided date, to see if the age is greater than 18, and then show the Signature field if not:
