Security code and expiration not showing up on phone correctly

When viewing on a phone, the Expiration Date and Security code for CC is not showing correctly. They blend together.

Hi nurenu. That looks like the default Credit Card field in Gravity Forms. It should not look like that. Here is what it should look like (this is on my site on mobile):

There is something conflicting with the CSS on your site. It is most likely the theme, but could also be a conflict with a plugin CSS. You can check for conflicts on the site without affecting any site visitors, using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin from WordPress.
