I’m using Square (squareup.com) addon for gravity forms when I tries to enter credit card details and make the payment I’m getting an error saying “There was a problem with your submission, please review the fields below”. but there is no empty feilds when I submit all the mandatory are filled. Not sure why is this happening.

The issue has been resolved, and although I cannot be certain, I had some plug-in which needed updating. This was done, and I have since had no problems with the form.

My issue only happens for the people in certain countries, was it yours?
This is a definite bug with the Square plug-in on Apple products only. OK on Windows. The credit card number, expiration date and ccv fields do not display below the cardholder name, thus the error if submitted. Work around is “Save and Continue Later” button, then immediately follow the link which re-displays the form correctly. This must be fixed by Gravity Forms or their Square plug-in vendor. (PayPal seems OK, haven’t tried Stripe.)
