Remove an item from list once purchased

Hi,

So we use gravity forms a lot of booking. It is wonderful.

Sometimes we have options in these books, i.e. room 1, room 2 etc.

Once a room is purchased we have to manually go in and delete it from list.

Is there a way for this to happen automatically?
