reCaptcha v3 multisite site keys

I’ve attempted to search, but couldn’t find anything that works.

Is there a multisite key constant for reCaptcha v3 like there was for v2?

I have a multisite with 206 sites and we switched to v3, but I can’t get the keys to push out to all sites. If I manually add the keys everything is fine, but I’d like to not have to continue adding them as sites are added.
