ReCAPTCHA doesn't seem to work as expected

Hi Community,

I am currently using Gravity Forms on our website via Wordpress. To ensure security from bots, we added our reCAPTCHA key and added the form to our website however, we are still getting spam entries on our Salesforce CRM. We are using the form for our web to case functionality.

Any suggestions/recommendations on what I should do or check to eliminate the spam on our CRM and form?

Thank you!

How are you integrating with Salesforce?

The following page of the documentation describes additional methods you can use to limit/catch spam:

Hi @richardw8k, I am integrating via API. Also, I noticed that the custom fields I created in Salesforce is not showing on the feed. Do I need to remove the access and reconnect again? Thank you for your feedback.

It sounds like you are using a Salesforce add-on. Can you provide the full name and version number of the add-on, and the name of the developer? You can find those details on the installed plugins page of your site.

Here’s a snapshot from our WP.

There’s also another one.

I recommend contacting the developer of the Salesforce add-on at https://www.crmperks.com/

Thank you! I’ll have a look.
