Some records from Gravity Forms’ encrypted fields are being transmitted incorrectly to Zoho CRM, and the issue appears to occur randomly. The ‘Encrypt after submission is processed’ setting is enabled in all instances. Does anyone have insights into this? Could it be related to a synchronization issue between the Gravity Forms plugins?
