Possible to bypass pop-up approvals on mobile?

I am NOT tech-knowledged. My site runs well on computers/laptops, but since the latest updates, the gravity form that participants fill out on mobile devices does not populate. I found that if I enable pop-ups then I can see the form. I placed a note that anyone signing up using their mobile phones will need to allow pop-ups to see the form. Is there anyway to fix this/bypass it so that it will show to mobile users without them having to manually allow pop-ups on their mobile phone devices?

Thanks

What method are you using to populate the form? Do you have a public URL you can share?

I will try to answer your question the best that I can as I am unsure exactly what is being ask as far as what populates the form. I have a wordpress site and I made a page. On that page, I linked to a gravity form that I created. On mobile, this form does not appear on that page unless users “allow popups” on their phone. The link to the page in question is here:

The Nichols School – Christian Laettner Basketball Academy

Again, this works great on laptops and desktops. It DOES NOT appear on mobile phones unless users manually allow pop-up permissions on the device.

I pulled it up in Chrome on my iPhone without issue. Is there a specific browser/phone combo you’re experiencing this issue with?

Hi, yes. Safari on an iPhone.

Alas, it’s working for me in Safari on iPhone as well.

Could you record what you’re seeing on your end?
