Instead of the regular confirmation message on the form area, I designed a popup with elementor to make things look good. I set confirmation to redirect to that popup and nothing works.

If you prefer to use a different plugin to display the pop-up after submitting the form, you may try the “Popup Maker – Popup for opt-ins, lead gen, & more” plugin.
